Ghana’s most decorated rapper Sarkodie has finally responded to various critics who have called him out with regards to the recent display of cigars and “flashy” lifestyle. speaking to Andy Dosty’s Daybreak Hitz the multiple award-winning rapper rubbished claims of him having a negative influence on the youth.
Ghana’s most decorated rapper Sarkodie is currently on a media tour promoting his latest studio album “No Pressure” and in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, the Coachella hitmaker has responded to allegations of having a negative influence on the youth with his recent craze for cigars.
According to Sarkodie, people who attack his personality do not understand the real essence of arts and also question why these people see nothing wrong with other musicians in the same act elsewhere.
“Smoking generally is bad. However, if you do a little research on Cigars, you’d realize it is used to celebrate success; achievements. It’s just a sign of victory” he said.
