
Depression threw me suicidal, with panic attacks — Singer Adomaa
Ghanaian Songstress, Adomaa, has detailed some horrifying moments she went through when she decided to stay off the music.
It could be recalled some days back that the Singer admitted she fell into depression and had fallen out of creating music. In her past comments, she fell into depression while she was on a hiatus from her music.
In the latest interview she granted Naa Ashorkor on Asaase Radio, she said “I slid into depression, I went suicidal, I had panic attacks…. Each time a conversation about music comes up I feel uncomfortable…”

Adomaa is one of the prolific Singers from Ghana who has graced many notable stages and doubles as an Actress too; she’s a popular face on the screens best known for her lead character as “Dede” in the African Magic TV Series which has scored her some new and growing fanbase.
Naa Ashorkor is Host of “Between Hours” on Asaase Radio 99.5fm, an Accra-based Radio Station located in Labone. She interviewed Adomaa on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
